About the project

Our project addresses the persistent problem of plastic waste. Since we can't simply "say no to plastic," we've brainstormed ways to create value from it, while also generating income for a group of people often overlooked: individuals with physical disabilities affecting their legs, speech, and hearing. By establishing a clear point of connection for buying and selling that specifically targets the market to better meet buyer needs, we've developed an application. We're also promoting social awareness through online channels and by placing single-use plastic collection bins, incentivizing participation with a point accumulation system based on the volume of contributions. The collected waste will then be recycled and upcycled into products by this group of individuals with disabilities.
